Most incentive programs are sold on a promise. Ours come with a written guarantee. If a Level 6 program doesn't move the metric we agreed to move, we refund every dollar we collected.

What we guarantee

  • Open-book accounting on every dollar we charge for program management, platform, and rewards fulfillment.
  • A full refund of all Level 6 proceeds in the unlikely event the agreed metric isn’t met after twelve months.

How it works

Before launch, we sit down with your team and identify the single metric the program needs to move. We baseline it, agree on a target lift, and document both numbers in your program contract. Twelve months in, we measure against that baseline. If we hit the target, the program continues. If we don’t, we refund everything we charged you for managing it.

This isn’t a marketing pledge. It’s contractual. And in twenty years of running channel, employee, and customer programs, we’ve never had to write that refund check.
